- Remote Areas: If roads are deemed inaccessible, we may arrange for delivery to the nearest accessible point.
4. Customer Self-Collection
Customers may be required to self-collect their roofing sheets from our designated location in the following scenarios:
- Inaccessibility of roads leading to the delivery address.

Notification: Customers will be informed promptly if self-collection is necessary.
5. Transport Fees for Orders Below Ksh. 100,000
- For orders below Ksh. 100,000, customers will be required to pay an additional transport fee of Ksh. 5,000.
- This fee will be added to the total cost and must be paid before delivery.
6. Handling and Responsibility
- Vanjan Company Limited ensures careful handling of roofing sheets during transport. However, the customer assumes responsibility for goods upon receipt.
- Customers are advised to inspect the goods upon delivery or collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.
7. Cancellation or Changes
- Customers must notify us of any changes to the delivery address or schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellation of delivery services after dispatch may incur additional charges.
8. Disputes and Delays
- In case of disputes regarding delivery timelines or conditions, Vanjan Company Limited reserves the right to require self-collection by the customer.
- Delays caused by customer-side factors (e.g., unavailable receiving party or incorrect address) may lead to rescheduling charges.
