Delivery Policy

1. Eligibility for Delivery

  • Delivery services are offered only for goods that have been paid for in full.
  • Partial payments or pending balances must be cleared before the delivery schedule is confirmed.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 7 to 15 days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to availability and scheduling.
  • We will inform the customer of any unexpected delays caused by external factors such as weather, road conditions, or logistical constraints.

3. Delivery Conditions

  • Road Accessibility: Delivery is subject to the accessibility of the customer’s location. Roads must be passable for our delivery vehicles.
  • Customer Assistance: Customers are required to ensure safe unloading zones at the delivery site.
  • Remote Areas: If roads are deemed inaccessible, we may arrange for delivery to the nearest accessible point.

4. Customer Self-Collection

Customers may be required to self-collect their roofing sheets from our designated location in the following scenarios:

  • Inaccessibility of roads leading to the delivery address.
  • In case of urgent need or inability to wait for the scheduled delivery timeline.
  • Disagreements on delivery conditions or locations.

Notification: Customers will be informed promptly if self-collection is necessary.


5. Transport Fees for Orders Below Ksh. 100,000

  • For orders below Ksh. 100,000, customers will be required to pay an additional transport fee of Ksh. 5,000.
  • This fee will be added to the total cost and must be paid before delivery.

6. Handling and Responsibility

  • Vanjan Company Limited ensures careful handling of roofing sheets during transport. However, the customer assumes responsibility for goods upon receipt.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the goods upon delivery or collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.

7. Cancellation or Changes

  • Customers must notify us of any changes to the delivery address or schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation of delivery services after dispatch may incur additional charges.

8. Disputes and Delays

  • In case of disputes regarding delivery timelines or conditions, Vanjan Company Limited reserves the right to require self-collection by the customer.
  • Delays caused by customer-side factors (e.g., unavailable receiving party or incorrect address) may lead to rescheduling charges.
