Lipa Pole Pole (Bit by Bit) Payment Terms
At Vanjan Company Limited, we understand that flexibility in payments is key to our customers. Our Lipa Pole Pole model allows you to pay for your order in manageable installments over a maximum period of six (6) months. Below are the terms governing this arrangement:
1. Order & Initial Payment
- Customers will receive a quote or invoice detailing the cost of their order.
- An initial payment is required to activate the order. The amount of the initial payment is flexible but should demonstrate commitment to the purchase.
2. Flexible Installments
- Customers may continue making payments at their own pace within the agreed six-month period.
- Payments should be made via our official Lipa Pole Pole TILL Number: 5364963.
- Once payment is made, customers must share payment details with us via WhatsApp or other available contact methods for verification.
3. Price Stability & Adjustments
- Orders under Lipa Pole Pole are protected from price changes for the first three (3) months from the invoice date.
- After three months, prices may be adjusted to reflect market fluctuations. Customers will be notified of any price changes affecting their balance.
4. Order Fulfillment
- Once full payment is received, Vanjan Company Limited requires up to seven (7) days to gather materials, manufacture (if applicable), and arrange for delivery of the order.
5. General Terms & Conditions
- Customers using the Lipa Pole Pole model are bound by our general business terms and conditions, similar to all other customers.
- In case of cancellation, any refunds or adjustments will be subject to company policies.
By choosing the Lipa Pole Pole payment plan, the customer agrees to these terms.
