We at Vanjan Company Limited are committed to providing high-quality mabati (roofing sheets) designed to withstand diverse environmental conditions. These warranty terms outline our commitments and your responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your mabati.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in material and manufacturing under normal use and conditions, subject to the exclusions and limitations outlined below:
- Material Defects: Includes peeling, cracking, or corrosion due to defective raw materials.
- Performance: Protection against significant degradation due to weather conditions (rain, sun, wind).
- Workmanship: Covers errors in the production process of the mabati.
2. Warranty Period
- The warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided to claim warranty coverage.
3. Conditions for Warranty Validity
This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:
- Installation: Mabati must be installed in accordance with recommended roofing angles and guidelines by qualified experts. Improper installation voids the warranty.
- Environmental Exposure: The mabati is designed to perform in various conditions, but exposure to extremely saline or corrosive environments (e.g., near salty waters) requires specialized coating or treatment at purchase.
- Handling and Transport: Proper care must be taken during handling, storage, and transport to avoid scratches, dents, or other damage.

This warranty does not cover:
- Improper Workmanship: Defects arising from poor installation or maintenance by unqualified professionals.
